I placed an order and had still not received it after 2 weeks of waiting. I contacted NITDG and asked for a full refund. They said I would receive it withing 5-7 days. Then 2 weeks later I had my order suddenly delivered even though I had asked for a full refund, and had still not received my refund. Obviously my order was no longer needed because I needed dog food so had gone elsewhere as this order had taken so long! Would NOT order from then again.

My order was placed on 17/3 and I have still not received it and no notification that delivery is delayed in any way

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would, take your money and don't send the goods. I have had to claim money back from my bank and put it in dispute twice now, the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt then they did it again look on Trust Pilot before you buy is my advice

Placed order mid March, chased up 3 times, told the goods were dispatched twice, no tracking numbers. Couldn't phone anyone, agents never available. Its now 4 th April, still not received tracking no or goods. Very disappointed

Order placed 20th March, still not arrived 4th April, chased up twice and still waiting on delivery. Company advised I should get a tracking number which I haven’t so gone to bank to do a recall. It should not take this long for the order to arrive

Never received my item despite multiple emails with only generic responses. All responses saying the same thing and that tracking information would follow which never did!

Ordered dog food on 11/02/24 delayed in receive order so ask for refund & am still waiting . Please return my money as I have to work hard & on minimum wage. This is not fair wage. You shouldn't take peoples money without fulfilling our orders.

Ordered bag of james wellbeloved dog food over 2 weeks ago.. I see you have taken £44.99 .. I have now given up hope of receiving the food, have been to Pets at Home to purchase, I am now in process of complaint to trading standards, and seeking help from my bank to see if I can get money back. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.. DOES IT EVEN EXIST..

I ordered two and a half weeks ago on 16 March. I've been told twice - on 22 March and 30 March - that my order had been dispatched and I would receive tracking information shortly. I have not had any tracking information and can only assume that the order has still not been dispatched. I am very disappointed by the lack and inaccuracy of the information I've received.
