Your customer service is appalling. I will never order from you again and would advise anyone else to steer well clear.

Very disappointed in my experience with this company. Ordered a dog bed in February and nothing arrived. Chased up numerous times, getting standard responses that it had been dispatched when it obviously hadn’t. Gave up after about 4 weeks and asked for my money back. Was told I would get a refund within 10 working days, still no refund so had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Will not be using this company again

The order had not arrived after 2 week. I had to chase for updates rather than being provided with them. Wouldnt use again.

£30.00 Dog coat Ordered 9th March 23. Still not received on 31st March 23. Chased and been promised delivery. No delivery notification provided. Very disappointing as coat was required for a walking holiday. Awaiting a response to most recent request for information about the undelivered item.

I've not received either my goods nor a refund. Not In the Dog House has stolen £134.97 from me and I'm unable to get hold of them by phone and they never reply to emails.

Are you kidding me? Was never sent, had to get my money back from my card provider. Customer care absolutely non existent. Should be closed down by Companies House. Thankfully, my bank found in my favour and I managed to buy my items from Pets at Home. Shocking that this company (if you can call it that) is allowed to trade. PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In fact my experience has taught me a very stark lesson. ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS, check genuine reviews online. It makes for interesting reading. Laughable you had the audacity to ask for one. Well there one goes, hope you like!

Dog food was delayed so long I had to source from elsewhere, however I requested a refund and had acknowledgement that I would be refunded. 10 days later, still waiting. Funny how money comes straight out of your bank when you purchase but takes more than 10 days after acknowledgement to get it back! Well let's hope I get it back!

Please do not buy anything from this company, I purchased dog food from them and nothing ever turned up,I have messaged them called them I know have taken them to small claims court so be aware.

I ordered the item 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. When I emailed client services they told me a few times that they would deal with it but never did.

Failed to deliver dog food after more than a month. My dog couldn't wait that long. I cancelled the order but still waiting for payment to be returned. I hope to be supporting an independent business rather than a chain but very disappoint with the response

Food ordered four weeks ago not delivered. Plenty of chasers, some not replied to, others saying will be despatched imminently and to wait for courier tracking number which has yet to appear.

This company should be in the dog house and get 0 stars. Chased my order for 4 weeks, initial enquiries were met with responses that my order was being dispatched, 3 weeks later it was still being sent to the warehouse. In the end I gave up and have asked for a refund, have been told it will take 5-10 days, but I fear I may not get my money back, having read customer reviews that reflect same experience as mine.
