“My dog absolutely hates wearing any sort of coat so this review is my opinion not his. The coat keeps him very dry. It fits well (I measured him before ordering). Coat does not skip due to the back and front leg fastenings. Overall very impressed with the quality and price.”

“If I could give this a zero, I would! Unfortunately, I still haven't received the product I ordered (and paid for) on 9th March. It was only a 2kg bag of puppy Vitalin food! I've tried to contact the company sooooo many times to see where the product is, whenI can expect it, and in the end to request cancellation and a refund. I've had nothing, not the product, not a cancellation or refuund. When they bother to reply to the emails, it is a stock, pre written reply. I've tried calling on different days at different times of day and constantly get a voicemail saying there is no one available to help. I'm really sad to say that this is the worst service and company I've ever dealt with. No product, no contact and no refund. I'd go as far as to call them thieves! Seriously unhappy customer.”

“Meaty Chip Bitesize biscuits are cheaper than anywhere else. Order did go astray but customer services got onto it and sent out another order. My 13-year-old blind poodle loves these biscuits even though he has lost half of his teeth. Made his day when they arrived.”

“They were unable to supply and missed my delivery dateline. Eventually they cancelled my order and refunded me. Then I got another email saying my order was on the way! Very disorganized”

“I would like to leave a review BUT haven't received my order which was placed 3 weeks ago, despite emailing you on the 17th of March to say that I hadn't received it. Your reply on the 21st was "Your order has gone to the warehouse and is on the way".....still waiting!”

“You have asked for my opinion on this order unfortunately not good I'm.afraid ... placed the order 4th Feb ... by end of Feb still nothing , was told a couple of times was in the warehouse ... ask to cancel which I was told had been done ... no refund ... 21st March notification to say it had been shipped !! .... then told no a refund was issued ... not received !!! Don't think I will ne using again”

“I ordered a 2kg bag of dog food to be delivered to the holiday home I was staying at to save me carrying a week's worth as I was travelling on public transport. I ordered it in advance to arrive when I was there, delivery times were quoted as 5 days so I worked around that. However after 18 days it still hadn't arrived, I hadn't even had an email to say a courier had it to deliver. Unfortunately as a result I had to buy a completely different brand of food as it was all the small supermarket had which gave my puppy an upset stomach. I've given 2 stars rather than 1 because when I got in touch to complain, they refunded me with no questions asked. I wouldn't use this company again due to this unreliability.”
