Nothing received after 3 weeks. Had a holding email after initial complaint. Going to ask my bank for a chargeback. :-(

No goods arrived no customer service - they have taken my money - i am taking this up with my credit card company as illegal activity … they are useless no communication and taken my money with no goods sent … i will not use again

Ordered items on 30/1/23 was advised via email a few days later of a delay. I had heard nothing by 16/02 so chased via email . An email received by return said items should be despatched shortly and notification would be sent. As if today 23/02 items still have not been received. Chased via email and phone, no response to either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Took my order and payment. Didn't have what ordered in stock. I asked for my order to be cancelled after 2 weeks. Still waiting for my refund. Definitely will never use this company again.

I haven't received my £55 order. You promised a refund that hasn't arrived either. I've passed this to my credit card company to deal with now.

Product is good but delivery time was disgusting as had to pay extra £5 delivery and took almost 2 weeks to come

They past me for pillar to post about my order etc never bothered to even send it and I checked reviews of the company online and this seems to be a regular occurrence!

Been over 4 weeks and I have not received it, been told delivery info will be sent but my emails are being ignored when I chase. I just want a refund now but again; I’m ignored. I am sad to be leaving a negative review but when you get no replies what are you supposed to do.

Ordered 14th Jan stated delivery will be despatched. After numerous emails to the company, nothing was sent! 17th Feb I've decided to take this company to Trading Standards they have stated that my money will be refunded, still waiting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered dog food 15/01. 20/01 told order delayed. 27/01 asked for order to be delivered next week or refund. 27/01 Told that order would be chased with warehouse and despatched and tracking no. Issued. 30/01 refund requested as no despatch/tracking no. had been sent. Told order cancelled 5-10 working days to reach bank. 15/02 no refund legal action threatened. Told order would be despatched. 18/02 order arrived. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Will not use again I'm afraid.

Ordered two weeks ago…contacted customer support to chase it up after nothing was processed and while it says it has been posted 7 days ago after speaking with CS, it still has not arrived nor have I received any tracking. Pretty gutted for my dogs more than anything as they love these treats!
