“I ordered this product on 31st March. Today is 4th May and I have still not received my order. I have contacted NITDH several times and have been ignored. Next steps is to get trading standards involved as payment has been taken..”

“I placed an order in March and was given a delivery date of 4th April. Today is 4th May and I am still waiting for the arrival of my order. I contacted Not In The Dog House on several occasions and each time was assured that my order had been marked as despatched and the delivery agent would contact me shortly regarding delivery times. This message is obviously automated and should be ignored. I cannot make any comment as regards the quality of the products as I am still waiting. Totally unacceptable. If thye are having supply problems the should be honest enough to tell the customer.”

“Very poor is an understatement. No delivery of goods. No refund made. Non existent customer care. No answer on phone. Only realised what a disreputable company this was when I started looking into them. Disgusted that this has been allowed to go on for so long.”

“It has been 3 weeks since I ordered and so far I have received nothing. This is despite contacting customer services and being told it had been dispatched. Searching emails I found an old one where I have had issues with this company before. I will not use this company again.”

“Order placed on 25th April.. Delivery supposed to be 3-5 days. I have rung twice just got an answer machine and they will get back to you. Still waiting. Sent a email to “will owner of the business”? Requesting goods or a refund. I have just read the awful reviews for this company wish I seen them before.”
