“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ONLY RECEIVED ONE BOX OF DOG FOOD WHEN I ORDERED TWO I ONLY GOT THAT BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS FIRM. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK OF ORDERING. IWISH I HAD KNOWN HOW UNTRUSTWORTHY THEY ARE”

“If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that. Zero customer service, the phone has a permanent voice message on it so you never speak to anyone, the item turned up late and it was the wrong product. Thank goodness I got a refund as others haven't been so lucky. I will not be buying from here again. They don't reply to a single email and they don't pick up the phone.”

“To be honest I would rather not give any stars, their service is dreadful!! A month ago I placed an order and they took my money however I’m still waiting on my goods!! I’ve asked for a refund to no avail. All I get is automated replies and a customer advisor is never available. Do not waste your money!!!”
