“Ordered a crate almost a month ago. Still not arrived. Emailed customer services as this was required for a long distance car journey with a puppy, they told me the package was with a local courier. A few days later, I received a notification to say there was a delay and it had not yet left the warehouse. Multiple customer service emails ignored. Would avoid.”

“Terrible delivery service. Still have not got a tracking 12 days after purchase. Xmas is looming and ive emailed several times and still being told with courier. Doubt i will get this for xmas and i bought well before the cut off date. I wont buy from this company again.”

“It took 2 weeks to be dispatched from the warehouse. When the food arrived 5/7 bags were ripped and emptied into a damaged box.”

“Unfortunately the dog cake I ordered turned up and it had fallen apart. The biscuits had all broken off and snapped. This could well be down to the courier, but I think it could have been packaged better as it was loose in the box with a bit of loose bubble wrap.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I placed a large order for dog food from them on 27/09/22. I have never received the order and despite many emails have yet to receive a refund from them. They have since stopped replying to my emails! No customer service what so ever - only false promises of delivery tracking or refunds that have never been received. Only use this company if you want to wave goodbye to your hard earned cash!”
