Delayed quite abit with posting and I was unsure if it was going to arrive after reading reviews but when product eventually arrived I was really pleased with it. Its a good quality fabric crate that we wanted for our dog when in the caravan. Dont listen too much to negative reviews!

Ordered frozen dog food to tide me over Christmas, on 10th December. I am still waiting on the 27th ! Company does not respond to emails or phone calla. Exceptionally poor service.

Ordered dog food on 18th Nov which 2 weeks later had still not been delivered. Tried to call and left messages but calls weren’t returned. Left various emails asking where my order was and was told on more than one occasion that it had been shipped when it hadn’t. Contacted my credit card company and it was only when they investigated it that I received my order - albeit 6 weeks late!! I’m did try to cancel the order and request a refund but this email was ignored too. In the meantime I had to order from elsewhere so turned out very expensive! If you want to be lied to, your emails/calls to go unaswered and finally only receive your order 6 weeks later once you go through the lengthy process of getting your credit card company involved then by all means place an order with Not in the Dog House but I wouldnt recommend them.

Friendly customer support when they do reply but the order still hasn't arrived and took 17 days to be dispatched

Very, very slow delivery and unable to contact anyone. Very disappointed as it looked good to start with and just what I was looking for in a retailer. :-(

No item , no update, no responses. When they do respond they lie about giving a refund. They have had my money for nearly 8 weeks without refunding me. I will be taking legal action for the sheer principle & have reported them to trading standards. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered with this company on 7th December and paid for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Didn’t receive any tracking info, so I emailed them on 12th December asking where my order was, which was responded to with an apology and that they would find out what was happening. The following day I hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed again asking for my tracking info and a refund on the additional delivery charge I paid. No response from them and no explanation as to why it was taking so long. I then received an email saying my order was on its way on 16th December. This didn’t arrive until 21st and one of the dog coats I ordered was missing. I emailed them asking for it to be sent by express delivery or refund me, no response. I emailed them again 2 days later and they have continued to ignore me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I made a purchase amounting to £122 for frozen dog food. Emailed and received an apology that the order could not be fulfilled. Still awaiting refund after 6 weeks! Obviously another lying 🤥 company. I’ll be happy when the CCJ is slapped on them!

After a delay in receiving my order, I have been sent the wrong item.... should have received a waterproof cost and received a drying coat. I have emailed them but not had a response yet.not the best service sadly.

Ordered toy on 2nd December now it's the 24th, still no show. Emailed and rung company, got no where, absolutely useless customer service. The worst company I've ever used

Possibly the worst company I have dealt with - Orders going out on the wrong order number, or incomplete. Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone & response to emails patchy to say the least. If you go on Trustpilot, clearly I not the only customer to be experiencing this, witn many more chasing refunds! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

My dog bed order became lost and I had no communication. Poor responses to my queries requesting a refund (which was never received) and when the bed did turn up, it was left in the rain and was soaked through.

Freddies coat was lovely. Fits really well. Very pleased. A little disappointed on how long it took to arrive, but I must say I was kept informed. I have had at least 6 people ask me where it came from, and that is only in 2 days of Freddie wearing it.

Customer service not great, same automated message which got a bit tedious, no delivery schedule given, then turned up 4 weeks after purchase. Product however is very good.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order with very little customer service along the way. Upon purchase, I was advised delivery would be via Royal Mail only for APC to deliver in the end and each time I enquired into tracking along the way, it stated that it was not yet with couriers after 2.5 weeks so the delay wasn’t due to the courier. When I contacted them, all I got was a simple “sorry for the delay”. I won’t be using this company again.
