“Please see all previous emails. Your customer service has been appalling and you ignored my instruction to cancel the order when I feared - rightly- that it would not arrive in time for Christmas on two occasions I was assured that it had been dispatched when it hadn’t. I am returning the item to you a d expect an instant refund.”

“Placed my order on the 16th of Dec. Had no shipping information received. When I contacted them to ask where my parcel was. They just said it had been sent. I asked for tracking information to which I've had zero response. I don't actually believe it has been sent !”

“I cancelled my order as a delivery time over 3 weeks was unacceptable. I ordered a dog coat but had to go buy one elsewhere otherwise he would have been cold during the cold snap we had.”
