“After placing an order in November I still have not received my order, I have received emails saying to look out for a tracking number - no tracking number received, nor order received and now not replying to any of emails. DO NOT order from this company.”

“Absolutely shocking, to read all the bad reviews online this company is getting . I only wish I saw them before placing my order for two dog beds . It’s been over a month and they still haven’t arrived! I can’t get to speak to anyone and no one rings back! They said my order got lost and stated they would send a replacement, well still no replacement! I’ve requested a refund this week and only getting automated responses back . I just want my money back so i can buy two beds from another business. How can a business in this day and age take your money and supply you with No products and get away with it! Absolute disgrace!”

“After placing an order on the 16th December costing £46.50 I still have not received my order, I have received one email on the 7th January saying to look out for a tracking number - no tracking number received, nor order received and now not replying to any of emails DO NOT order from this company unless you want to throw your money away”

“I placed my first (and last) order on 6 December including Christmas gifts for family dogs. It did not arrive until between Christmas and New Year. When l opened it, some of the items were missing and some unordered items were in there. I have sent several emails and tried to phone. Absolute silence apart from a meaningless zendesk acknowledgement. Shambles. And now l see they are not paying suppliers. Do not trust.”

“I ordered and paid for a dog bed back in August 2022, the bed never arrived, after numerous emails I asked for a full refund. The owner (Will) confirmed by email a full refund will be sent. We are now January 2023, and after numerous emails, phone messages, I still have had no refund. They are now ignoring any contact/replying. They are stealing money from customers !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY”

“Still waiting on dog food i ordered on the 30th of December to be honest its ridiculous iv emaild 3 times and had one reply saying sorry for the delay that its been despatch but I still haven't had my tracking number . I will definitely not be ordered again.”

“Lovely bed, but after 6 weeks of not receiving it nor an email to say it has been dispatched, I had to contact the company and then suddenly it was sent within a day. No, it wasn't an issue with the postal strike as it hadn't even been processed or sent from them!!!”

They instantly took the money from my account and sent an email confirming my order however I never got any kind of email to suggest it had even been sent out and I never received any tracking information. “Warning to other small businesses who wish to have their products stocked by Not In The Dog House. We are owed nearly £700 by them and despite employing the services of a debt recovery solicitor, we still have not been paid. It is not just customers who are affected by this company, sadly suppliers are too.”

“Ordered 2 items of dog food, paid and I informed they had been dispatched but no dispatch number was available to track the items. After a few days I emailed and phoned the company but received negative replies. I emailed cancelling the order and within 2 hours I was informed I will be refunded my initial payment. Which led me to believe this company never had the items I ordered, wasting my time and the three days I wasted at home waiting for a delivery. Extremely poor customer service.”
