““I have not received my purchase after they said I would receive my order within 5 working days 4 weeks later but no item received I have now given up communicating with this company as the last two emails requesting a refund were completly ignored. I have now notified my bank to claim a refund. I will be reporting to trading standards, the sheer volume of customers with similar issues is truly shocking. Awful company, worst customer experience ever 😪”

“We were concerned after ordering as we had read reviews regarding non delivery and no response to email/calls. We needn't have worried, we received updates on our order and delivery within a week which included Christmas holidays, very pleased will shop again.”

“WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Another unhappy customer they are ignoring. I ordered a dog coat at the beginning of December 22. This still hasn't arrived and my requests for refunds have been ignored. As I have put in my formal complaint, I hate injustice and will pursue this further to get me money back.”

“AVOID. bought dog treats early November- never arrived. Asked for redelivery, they agreed but never sent. I asked for refund, they agreed but never sent. I asked for a refund again and they agreed but never sent. Now ignoring emails.”

“Banbury & Co. Luxury Dog Sofa Bed is beautifully soft, warm and comfortable. However, I’m astonished that to have gone to so much trouble with the comfort aspect, the design is very obviously flawed in that the sides are nowhere near strong enough and flop outwards. I will have to make loops in each corner and stitch them to gather the sides together. £50? Not impressed.”

“I ordered two dogs beds 03.10.2022 and have still not received my second dog bed. It is so very disappointing! A reply to my phone messages or numerous emails would be very much appreciated!!! I have asked for a refund multiple times and had no response.”

“Sadly - having ordered products, somewhat belatedly but reading they would be delivered on the 28th of December or so - we are still here on 5th Jan and they're still not! Imagine the post office strike is the challenge but we've had deliveries every day and not a single one missed. I have every confidence that when my order arrives it will be perfectly fine, still it somewhat missed the point as it was to have given our children a giggle with the dogs. All children have now left.”

“Ordered two large bags of burns dog food on the 11/12/22. After not receiving the items, I contacted the company on several occasions and I was promised that my order had been shipped with 'one of two couriers', no tracking information could be provided for this either. As time had passed, I requested a refund to which I was told on the 30/11/22 that this had been processed and the funds should be returned withing 5-10 working days. It is now 30/12/22 and no funds have been returned or no goods delivered. This company is not trust worthy and I would not recommend ordering from them! I am still trying to get my money back!!!”
