“Made an order 2 December it is now 15 December and still not received the order despite them replying to my first two emails saying it has been dispatched….. My emails are now being ignored. Avoid this site”

“Avoid. Goods ordered and paid for never arrived. The don’t answer their emails or answer their calls. I did get a lovely email when I ordered introducing me to the owner, Will. Maybe he should change his name to unWilling.”

“It's a pity the customer service does not match their quality and prices. We ordered 2 dog coats which eventually arrived very late. I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone and email. All I got back was meaningless computer-generated replies. I called them about 20 times and never got someone to answer the phone. I thought I had been spammed. Terrible customer service and I won't be using them again.”

“Half of my order is missing. What I received had incorrect items in it. Broken trays of dog food that couldn't be used. I phoned and left messages as no one answered the phone. I have also emailed. No one has replied to messages or emails.”
