“Firstly my order was not delivered.I contacted them they said sorry we will speed it up and get my order out and send a tracking number (it never happened) after complaining where my order is i got no reply.eventually they said the order was cancelled and refund given.(again it never happened) they have sent emails to me asking for reviews on the food and service i never received. I now find myself having to go to my bank to get my money back.they are the worst company i have ever dealt with.they have stolen my money and taken the food out of my dogs mouths.like other people i will also be complaining to the trading standards about this company.they are simply despicable thieves.stay away from this company.”

“Order still not received (ordered on 15th November) although chased so many times by email and tried to by phone but I don’t think it’s a valid number as it goes straight to answerphone ALL THE TIME with a message from a lady with an American accent!!!! Twice they have told me that they will get the order sent out and still NOTHING! Not even a tracking number so I don’t believe it has ever been sent but I can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone about it and I’ve paid for it!!!!! Not a happy customer at all!”

“The item I ordered (coat) is fine - looks great on my dog and I am happy with it. However, I had to drop a star because it took over 6 weeks to be delivered, and in the meantime had some very wet weather which is what I'd purchased it for in the first place.”

“Do not use this company! Take money, lie that items are in transit and then after 4 weeks admit that they cannot fulfil the order. Absolute shambles and still awaiting refund. Look at other reviews and learn from all of us.”

“Would give no stars if it was an option- still waiting for my 2 bags of dog food. Had to buy elsewhere now and wonder if I’ll ever see my money or the food I’ve paid for. Wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order now. Rubbish company. Next stop Trading Standards.”

“Took over a month for me to receive my order and that was only because I reminded them I hadn’t got it. The courier couldn’t find me so it was sent back to the depot and re delivered again but of course it had all defrosted by then☹️”
