“I would never ever order from these again. Products are lovely but their customer service is very poor indeed. Huge delays on delivery with no communication and they’d no idea what was going on and couldn’t tell me anything. I’d even researched how to cancel an online order and what my rights were!”

“A lovely coat warm and waterproof has been a boon in this cold weather and she is toasty warm underneath. Fit is exactly as explained in size guide. We wouldn’t hesitate to get another one”

“At the moment I am still awaiting my order from 17 November( nearly a month) and I have found it very difficult to contact your firm about this order. I have tried to phone and just get the answer phone asking me to leave a message but no one rings back and when I send e mails, I get an automated reply saying my order has been posted. When I look on my account page, against my other 2 orders, it says"fulfilled" but against this order it says"unfulfilled". I have now had an e mail from Will saying if I still haven't received my order, a replacement will be sent but it doesn't say when! This order is worth nearly £100”

“As already stated in my previous review it's impossible to review a product I've never received! My £60+ pounds that you've taken from me just resulted in meaningless excuses and apologies but no dog food! If this product was ever given to your carrier It would be interesting to view their Proof of Delivery !???”

“Very disappointed with the item and customer service I received from Not In The Dog House. I ordered a Blue House of Paws Unicorn for my dog (I previously ordered this elsewhere and she loves it) and they sent me a Grey version of the product which is not what is specified or pictured at all. I’ve sent 2 emails to their customer service about this with zero response. Very poor.”
