“A few reviews mentioned slow delivery & slow responses to customer queries. I had no issues. Puppy seems to like the basket, but then it’s got blankets in it, it’s next to the radiator & she sleeps 18 hours a day. What’s not to like! If that’s what they call a dog life then I’ll certainly have some of it please.”

“I have a cat with dementia so I put these in her trays which guides her to the tray so messy accidents because they have a sent impregnated makes life easier”

“I have still not received my order despite placing it a month ago. All I can get is that the courier has it but I have asked for a tracking number and no reply from Not in the Dog House to this. Such a shame not to be able to review the product which I really want ithis cold weather for my dog.”

“Unfortunately the service from this company was terrible. Delivery took more than 5 weeks & was then incomplete. And despite chasing nothing seemed to work. I could understand it if the Delivery was from RM but no. The products were good but because the service was so bad I will not br buying from them again & I can't recommend them.”

“Product is fine just poor communication when the order was late. It was a case of "we've got your money now so we don't care about replying to you" a simple reply with an estimated delivery date would of been sufficient, the fact I was ignored warrants this score in my opinion.”

“Waited for 2 weeks and my order still hadn't arrived so contacted them to cancel my order as I had run out of food so had to buy elsewhere, I was told my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. While I was waiting for my refund , and a further 2 weeks had passed with no refund, my order suddenly arrived. I decided to accept the delivery as I was nearly ready for some more food anyway. This was the first time I had used this company and I can assure you it will be the LAST !!!!!!!!!? I feel like I was lied to about the order being cancelled and about giving me a refund.”
