“Awful company with dreadful service. I was sent the wrong item and I have emailed them 6/7 times asking for them to cover return postage costs, they ignore every message and you cannot connect to their helpline. I have reported to Trading Standards.”

“Have had this excellent product for a previous dog. It is well made in high quality materials. I have not yet used it in rain but have no doubt it will perform well. Has kept Harry cosy after his haircut in current freezing weather. A good fit, generous in the ‘armholes’ and tummy strap long enough for small but deeper chested breeds, such as my .Cavalier spaniel . I had to adapt my previous one as it was too wide between the front legs and chafed so I turned the fabric in and stitched it down. As I now have a bigger boy dog I think it will be ok. Not washed it yet but my previous one washed well. Would recommend.”

“My order took over 3 weeks to arrive, when it did the harness sent was too small and not the harness i ordered, the food bowls sent were not 350ml they were under 200ml. I spent £72 on my order and it was a complete waste!”

“My only disappointment is that there was no opening on the coat to allow for a harness. I had to make one myself. Also, it would be good if just the fleece inner could be worn alone. Other than that my dog loves her coat”

“My order didn’t arrive for 2 weeks, when it did it was the incorrect item. I tried to contact Not in the Dog House several times over several weeks and heard absolutely nothing back. Terrible service do not buy from them.”
