“Poor service that's all I got to say”

“We were very displeased at the slow delivery timescale. We waited almost 3 weeks for goods that were paid for in full at time of order and were displayed as in stock. The communication in that intervening period was poor, perfunctory, automated and frankly disappointing. The dog coats are excellent.”

“Ordered not received, numerous emails sent and despite say item is dispatched over 3 weeks ago no further update. Looking at the reviews it seems like this is the norm. Trying to get a refund is impossible so had to open a dispute! AVOID!!!”

“Love the coat I received for my dog Jackson really nice and warm and a great colour. I was kept up to date with my delivery with emails and will definitely be using them again.”

“Forthglade product is excellent as always, unfortunately despatch was slow. I had to chase after 5 days to get the order sent to the warehouse for despatch. Once sent to warehouse the order was despatched within 2 days.”

“Placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and still not received the items. Had no contact from the company unless we chased them. Emailed to request a refund and it was ignored. They don’t have anyone answering calls and have left several voicemails and nobody called back. Have reported them to my credit card company”

“I have emailed twice to no response chasing my packages still not delivered ordered on the 25th November it’s the 11th December now and you send me a rate us email absolute joke - refund me now !”

“Communication from the company was great every time I contacted them. The courier and warehouse they used however let them down. I ordered a dog bed and it took 18 days to arrive. I had to keep chasing for up dates only to be told it was delayed.”

“I am still waiting for my order from the 21st October 2022. I have sent 10 emails and I am still waiting. They sent me an email asking me if I would like to cancel the order, not mention of a refund. I sent a reply asking for my money back. Still waiting. HELP!!!”

“DO NOT but from this company Placed our order on the 11th November. Nothing received in 2weeks (just got emails apologising). Requested our money back instead and we are still waiting (9th Dec).. We just get vague emails saying it will be processed and then nothing happens... Still constantly chasing them for a refund, so having to resort to negative reviews now.”

“Ordered dog food on 9th November with 5 day delivery. Dog food not arrived by 15th November so asked for a refund. Told by email from Will on 18th November that my refund had been authorised and would be with me shortly. Now 5 th December, no refund. No response to further emails nor telephone calls. Now £105 out of pocket. Do not buy from this supplier.”
