Still not received goods despite multiple emails chasing and being told dispatched. just arrived but hard work chasing after 16 days.

I placed my order at the beginning of April, have chased this 4 times, get standard reply. Still not received and am now being asked to rate the company. If there was a zero star I would have rated it at that. Dreadful customer service and 7 weeks later still not received my order.

I ordered cat litter from this company and it still hasn’t arrived, nearly 3 weeks later. I had to ask for a refund. This was my first and last order.

Purchases have not arrived despite several emails. I have been told that they are on the way and I will receive a tracking order shortly. This never arrived either. I don't understand why they would tell you they are on the way when they are obviously not.

Terrible company & poor communication Ordered on 4th May, hadn’t turned up 11 days later, tried contacting multiple times via website, email, messenger and phone but no response Completed cancellation- no response Eventually after involving trading standards they advise will be refunded but not received yet

My parcel was dispatched two weeks go but I still haven’t received it. No tracking number was allocated so I can’t track my parcel. Not very impressed.

Placed order two weeks ago for two dog beds. Chased after a week and was told they had been dispatched and a shipping update would be available shortly. Two days later received another email saying they had not been dispatched. A week later I chased again to be told (again) they had been dispatched and a shipping update would be available shortly. Still no dog beds and no reply to emails apart from an automated response. Poor customer service.

I emailed to cancel an order as I had more dog food than I realised. They acknowledged this cancellation. My order was still delivered, which I don't want nor have space for They have not replied to any emails since It was a raw food delivery which was defrosted on delivery

I placed an order on 8th April - and was told it was delayed but shipped on 27th April. It has never arrived nor do I have tracking info. Despite numerous emails and a phone call I've not had a response or refund from Not in the Dog House. So you are in the Dog House now! Please contact me to resolve.

Avoid this company , we placed an order for dog food back in March this got delayed getting dispatched & then “ got lost “ , got told end of March we will receive a refund still waiting , all we get told is it’s been sent it’s been over a month since we got told you will receive your refund any day now

I’ve still not received my goods, you keep telling me it has been despatched but I never receive tracking & then I receive emails telling me it’s gone to the warehouse. I am currently waiting on a reply to give me a accurate delivery date.

I ordered, nothing came, I asked for a refund, was told it had been refunded, but it wasn't, I then got an e-mail saying goods had been sent. Still waiting.

please note i ordered these items on the 02nd may. after repeated requests about my order, it would be appreciated if you can enlighten me if there is any possibility that i will be getting my order this year.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanking you in anticipation, although i am not holding my breath on any developments. very,very poor performance. regards nick oliver ,
