“Was told the order has been despatched 3 times and it hadn't. Cancelled the order in the end, have yet to receive the refund. Would never buy from them agsin, should hVe read trust pilot first”

“Absolutely awful. Unlikely this review will make it onto your page but you are a crook. Leave a review for an order not received and a refund I had to report to my bank to get back. You are a con merchant and should not be allowed to claim this as a business”

“I have ordered frozen food. It took 11 days to arrive. When it arrived half of the order was defrosted. I contacted the company ( emailed them with pictures and left a voicemail), but no response so far. Contacted them 5 days ago. Not impressed!!!”

“On 15/04/2023 I ordered 2 dog coats. I have not received them despite chasing the organisation. I am told they have been dispatched and I will hear about delivery. I have not. I have requested a full refund. I have not had an acknowledgement to this e-mail either. I have e-mailed the organisation again today and am awaiting a reply”

“No order received yet although it was placed over two weeks ago. I was emailed over a week ago to say order was now in the warehouse ready to be sent just awaiting a courier. Still no delivery.”
