“Customer service is terrible. Order placed, they took my money and never despatched. It took multiple emails to get a refund which I am still waiting for. Never going to shop there again”

“I have not received the goods that I have paid for. The order was placed on 8 May . I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and have not yet received a satisfactory explanation regarding the location of my purchases or when they are likely to be delivered”

“I ordered a dog crate 10th May I haven’t received it yet I needed it for yesterday so I had to go and get one to go so I’ll be looking for a refund as I’ve phoned and emailed for days now been told it’s out for delivery but nobody can give me a tracking number for it”

“Will not be shopping with Not In The Dog House again!! Nearly 3 weeks on, dog food order still hasn't arrived. Multiple emails to customer service to be told each time 'order has been dispatched' yet no tracking info provided. Terrible service. Avoid!”

“I ordered 2 x 12kg bags of VetSpec Complete dog food on the 9th May. I have not received my order despite requesting an update on several occasions. It is now over two weeks since my order and now have to make another order elsewhere so i can feed my dogs. Very poor service”
