“Took my money. Then delayed delivery for two weeks as not in stock. Next time just say you don’t have it. And don’t ask for a review if the product before it’s been delivered!”

“I've not received the items despite trying to contact the staff who repeat "I will look into it" and don't get back to me. I call and leave a message, they don't return the call. I've asked for a refund as it's been weeks since I ordered the items. Still no contact, no refund no goods. I don't know why they are still in business. I am now considering my options. I am sure BBC Watchdog will want to hear from me . Again”

“I never received the 2 x dog beds, customer service is appalling, tried the phone it's impossible to get through to anyone! your lucky if you get a reply to your emails and the app 'SHOP' is a joke as it doesn't give the tracking number but tells you the items have been shipped. I eventually got a reply to my email which said a mistake had been made and the items hadn't been despatched and had been resent, that was ages ago, I eventually got a reply to my email after asking for a refund, been told its 5-10 days, lets see otherwise I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal. Sad thing is I really liked the beds. .”
