“Think you're having a laugh. Didn't receive my order which was over 2 weeks, even though you told me it had been despatched. Having then read numerous reviews in Trust Pilot, there isn't one good one. I think your company has a lot of explaining to do. I have since cancelled my order and requested a refund. If I do not receive this, the matter will be taken further To anyone thinking of ordering with this company, please think again”

“I ordered this on 22nd of May and it has not been delivered yet nor have I been sent a tracking number as stated. I also had to buy some of the same food from a different source incuring unnecessary additional cost. Now I'm being asked to review a product before it's been delivered.”

“I ordered my item on 11 May and it's now 29 May and I still haven't received it. The order was processed quickly and it's a well-known brand at a good price so that is good. Communication has been very good too. The problem is I just haven't received it yet - shipping was quoted as 5 business days with a well-known carrier.”

“Despite placing my order on 6th May 2023, I have still not yet received it as of today (29th May). Very poor service, with no communication to explain why my order is taking so long. If the items were out of stock, I should have been advised this upon placing the order. I have now had to purchase the items from elsewhere in the mean time.”

“Placed order but never delivered despite numerous emails when I was promised I'd get it. Complained and asked for refund, told I'd get that but didn't. Then got email saying order on its way but never got it. So wasted my time, stolen my money so I'll be going to my bank to get it back. Appalling. Should be closed down.”

“DONT ORDER FROM HERE !! ordered food 2 days later was told it was dispatched , a week later got email saying my order was makin its way through warehouse "" a week after it was supposedly dispatched :" so asked to cancel order and want a refund which will take 5 to 10 working days . I k ow I won't get it as a lot of others are not happy with this so called business. Trustpilot says it all , I'm contacting training standards tomorrow as I'm not happy 1 bit 😡😡”

“Great prices and products, but it took EIGHT days to dispatch them, and a further SEVEN before they arrived (delivered on the Bank Holiday!). Amazon get my dog food to me the next day!”
