“I have ordered over 2 weeks ago 2 dog beds that were due to be dispatched and since have had conflicting emails of it being dispatched or sorry there is a problem with yuor order :-(”

“I would like to be able to submit a review of the products I ordered on 14 May, but regrettably they have yet to be delivered! I have received email communications firstly apologising for the delay (on 21 May) and then (on 22 May) informing me that the order 'had gone to the warehouse and is on its way'. It is now 29 May and I have yet to receive even a tracking number, despite informing Customer Services that the items were purchased as a gift and were needed by 1 June. I am very disappointed and wish I had made the purchases elsewhere.”

“Wish I could give 0 stars. Never received my order. Was promised tracking info, saying my order had been shipped etc. but I received the same emails numerous times. Have requested a refund but so far have had nothing. Have had to open a chargeback request with my bank. Avoid.”

“Placed order on 17th May. Today is 29th May and still not received my order. I emailed customer services 5 days ago who assured me the order would arrive before bank holiday weekend. Today is BH Monday and still no order. Terrible service.”

“Ignored, lied to and an overall awful experience! Unfortunately didn’t check the reviews before purchasing which ultimately means it’s my fault. After placing my order I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them an option to either refund me or just post in a timely manner. I was told the order with fulfilled within only a few hours which was a result… short lived of course. I was then told it wasn’t dispatched but in the same email that the order had been shipped but possibly lost…. A complete lie. Now they are just ignoring my requests to simply refund the order. The appropriate action has been taken and I highly doubt we will be seeing them for much longer :) Will be glad to get my money back and of course the closing of this awfully run business that continues to lie to customers to buy themself time to try and get out of the sh*tshow of a mess they have got themselves in.”
