“Ordered on the 19th April. Still not received 30th May. Nobody ever answers the phone. I keep getting nonsense emails asking for reviews etc. but nobody answers my specific emails as to the whereabouts of my goods.”

“Ordered dog biscuits which never arrived. I then asked for a refund which has yet to arrive. I don’t know if this is a drop-shipping business or an actual shop but the service has been terrible. I want to support small business but this has been shocking.”
