Order never arrived, and I am yet to receive correspondence regarding this order. I am out of pocket and feeling really disappointed. Poor show.

If I could give it a no star I would. After weeks of asking for a refund we had to go through the charge back with the bank as never received the goods and the refund was never going to happen. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting after two and a half weeks for a delivery!!!!! Now that’s 3 weeks for delivery! Numerous messages left in answer phone! No reply’s. Numerous e mails sent and all you get in return is automated reply’s! Terrible customer service !

Awful… dog food still not arrived over two weeks after ordering. Have requested a refund. No one has replied to my messages. Whole experience truly awful. Would never order from this company again

DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY I Ordered a dog bed in January, had emails saying despatched, emailed numerous times still haven’t received my order, have asked for a refund but haven’t had that either. They don’t answer the phone or respond after the first couple of emails

Ordered 8.4 and 6 weeks later still nothing. Had 1 email saying it is getting ready to ship but no longer my breath!!

We ordered dog food on the on the first of may.We have received an e mail confirmation of the order.on the 1st may and the on the 4th may after we sent an e mail wondering when it would be delivered and was told the order has been dispatched we are still waiting for it .On the 11 we were told it would be chased up.Still waiting for it .We allowed enough time so as we wouldn't run out of food ,let's hope we get before our dog goes hungry.

NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE I PAID ON 8/4 CHASED 5 DAYS LATER , CHASED 10 DAYS LATER , DAYS WAS THEN TOLD THEY WERE ON WAY TO WAREHOUSE, REPLIED SAYING IT WAS IN WAREHOUSE , CHASED FOR INFO 2 DAYS LATER , CHASED 5 DAYS LATER, ASKED FOR REFUND AS SAID MISTAKE IN WAREHOUSE, 5 DAYS LATER SAID THEY WERE SHIPPING , I HAVE JUST 36 DAYS AFTER MONEY WAS TAKEN SAID I AM REPORTING THE HOLDING COMPANY ECOMMERCE BRANDS LYD OF KNARESBOROUGH AND THE DIRECTOR JAMES WILLIAM WRIGHT TO THE GOVERNMENT INSOLVENCY UNIT WHICH ALSO COVERS THIS. iTS CLEARLY A FRONT COMPANY THAT JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER ANY GOODS.

Really poor company. Ordered dog food, didn't come within their timescale. Called them as I was running out, told it was already on it's way, despite order being unfulfilled. Waited again and then days later got message saying order delayed. Asked to cancel, then told it would be up to to 2 working weeks for refund so they will have had my money a month! I would stay well away from them if I were you!

Well considering, my dog hasn't received his food which was ordered on the 8th April, it's been dispatched, shipped , and apprantly you are going to refund me, which I still haven't received.. Total waste of time, useless rip off company don't order from them, and it's not just me, that are having problems

Should be score of 0 Order placed 19 days ago and still NOT RECEIVED Dreadful communication (automated replies). Useless tracking info An appalling service and a worse than appalling company Will soon be looking to the small claims court if order not delivered or refund received.

I have still not received my item despite ordering it over 3 weeks ago. I have chased this numerous times, always to be told that ‘it has been despatched and that I will receive tracking details shortly’ but still nothing received. Terrible customer service
