This company is rubbish and their customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong product then ignored 6 emails from me. I’ve been left fuming mad and taken it up with Revolver

Terrible service. Product did not turn up, no delivery information. It has taken me 5 emails and completion of a formal refund form, with no response to that, to be advised that I can have a refund. No sign of that yet, no information about what happened. Would not use again

NEVER RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER, ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE ORDER IN APRIL ONLY JUST RECEIVED HALF OF IT NOW STILL WAITING FOR REST OF MY ORDER!

I have had no delivery. No refund. I’m very upset and am not sure if you are a legitimate company. I have asked for more information but not had anything concrete. I have reported concerns about my two orders to my bank. Not happy at all and it’s the first time I used this company. I have re ordered from another company who have delivered but sadly I have had to go over budget this month on dog food due to this suspicious company.

Woeful company. I ordered cat food on the 5th April and received nothing for a month. After a follow-up conversation, they stated that my parcel had been dispatched however may have been lost and would have sent a replacement. No replacement was sent. On the 3rd of May, they replied to my email and said that I will be refunded in 5 -10 days. It's now the 17th of May and I have yet to receive anything. The company is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down immediately. Please avoid it like the plague, as they will only disappoint.

I still have not got my dog bed purchased in January!!!! It’s over 5 months now that I am still waiting and my dog has been without a bed!

Very poor service from a very poor company Waited over 5 weeks for a bag of dog food to be delivered managed to get the same dog food from a local pet shop on next day delivery A call centre number with no operators & just got generic emails saying your delivery is being got ready for deliverdelivery. DO NOT USE YHIS COMPANY

More than 2 weeks after ordering, the product has still not been delivered. Attempts to find out when it will be delivered elicit "it's on its way" responses only. Tried emailing and telephoning. Not customer service as I would expect it.

Ordered dog food a month ago , stil not recieved it , requested a refund & said it would be 5-10 days still no refund , automated email replies saying same message over again , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Ordered on 21st April and still haven’t received the order! Not happy as now £40 out of pocket and have had to buy 2 sacks of dog food while waiting for this.

I put in an order No 126481 on 22/4/23 & received a notification 2 weeks later saying my order had been dispatched & a week later I was told again that it's been dispatched, both lies because today 16/5/23 still have not received anything. Tried to ring them to request a refund & all I got was an answering machine. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, their comms are rubbish & as far as I'm concerned the whole thing is a con.

Placed order on 1st April, and after it failed to arrive within 2 weeks I sent an email- and was told that my order had been despatched and would be with me soon. Several emails later - my order had still not arrived so by May 1st I requested a refund - it’s now May 16th and I haven’t received any refund - although it has been sent according to Not in the Dog house. I wish I had read the reviews before attempting to buy anything from Not in The Doghouse. I shall be reporting to Trading Standards.

My order was never sent to me. You have promised to return my cost of £58. on numerous occasions . E-mails from Amy and Tom have assured me they will repay me. They have lied !, no refund, it’s about 7 weeks now. I will of course never use them again.

I spent around £70 on a large sack if dog food it never arrived & they seem uncontactable I phone only to gey a recorded message saying they have no one answering the phones, I email & get no response. I'm at my wits end.
