“Still havnt received my order yet”

“Despite placing my order on 6th May 2023, I have still not yet received it as of today (29th May). Very poor service, with no communication to explain why my order is taking so long. If the items were out of stock, I should have been advised this upon placing the order. I have now had to purchase the items from elsewhere in the mean time.”

“Product hasn’t turned up. No tracking information and like the hundreds of other poor reviews not in the dog house have taken my money and just disappeared. No wonder watchdog got involved”

“Placed order but never delivered despite numerous emails when I was promised I'd get it. Complained and asked for refund, told I'd get that but didn't. Then got email saying order on its way but never got it. So wasted my time, stolen my money so I'll be going to my bank to get it back. Appalling. Should be closed down.”

“DONT ORDER FROM HERE !! ordered food 2 days later was told it was dispatched , a week later got email saying my order was makin its way through warehouse "" a week after it was supposedly dispatched :" so asked to cancel order and want a refund which will take 5 to 10 working days . I k ow I won't get it as a lot of others are not happy with this so called business. Trustpilot says it all , I'm contacting training standards tomorrow as I'm not happy 1 bit 😡😡”

“Took my money. Then delayed delivery for two weeks as not in stock. Next time just say you don’t have it. And don’t ask for a review if the product before it’s been delivered!”

“I've not received the items despite trying to contact the staff who repeat "I will look into it" and don't get back to me. I call and leave a message, they don't return the call. I've asked for a refund as it's been weeks since I ordered the items. Still no contact, no refund no goods. I don't know why they are still in business. I am now considering my options. I am sure BBC Watchdog will want to hear from me . Again”
