“They are the bad people who do not care about anyone they also took my money and I had no goods I also trued to ring them what a supprise no answer I’m just angry with myself for fall into there trap had I have read the reviews I would never have placed an order I’d like to put them in the dog house”

“Ordered a dog harness on 2nd June this year.It was showing as in stock.A month later never received and so asked for my money back, which they agreed to.Now no response from them a no money back so its over to Visa now to get a refund.Stealing peoples money. Avoid.”

“I have the same problem!! Ordered my items a month and a half ago, still nothing. Can't get hold of them and they were also deleted my online account! EVERYONE, PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY!!”

“One is generous. Product marked in stock but despite repeated communications has not arrived 6 weeks later. As a bonus after around 5 weeks they did decide to mark it as not in stock anymore. My account was also deleted from their system and they are not answering the phones.”

“Ordered two dog jackets and paid extra for DPD delivery. They didn’t arrive within the stated time and my account showed my order was still processing. I emailed the company and received an apologetic reply stating they would be despatched within 24 hours. Still didn’t arrive, still shown as order processing on my account. Contacted them again and received no reply. Tried to log on this morning to find my account no longer existed. Phone number constantly transferring to an extension where the person was not available. DO NOT buy from this company. I just wish I had read the reviews before I did. I have started the process of getting a refund through my bank.”

“How are these people still trading? I ordered some ice cream for my dogs on the 29th June, a week later still no item so i emailed them and they told me it was out of stock. I thought fair enough, i don’t mind waiting. They told me it would be DPD that delivers with the 24 hour delivery. I had a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking number on Monday 12th July. Expected it to be delivered on Tuesday. Boy was i wrong. It’s been delivered today Thursday 15th so it was obviously going to arrive defrosted. I had emailed a few times and each time they kept fobbing me off with the same email that my order has been shipped and it will arrive “tomorrow” When you sell frozen items my darlings you can’t have them in transit for 4 days. These people are a disgrace. There’s a telephone number that doesn’t work either. If only i read the reviews first!!!”

“WARNING, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. THEY WILL SAY YOUR ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL AND ASK FOR A REFUND - YOU WILL NOT GET ONE. CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ASK TO DO A CHARGEBACK OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”

“Ordered 2 dog coats on 16th February 2021. Received one 2 weeks later and was told that the second one was out of stock. Would I like to wait for it? Yes please. Waited. Waited. Sent an email in April. It's now out of stock completely and would I like a refund. Yes please........ 20 weeks today's since ordering. 140 days. No product. No refund despite contacting every week and being promised a refund. If this company has suffered, like many others, from the impact of Covid and is likely to be closing down, be honest! Just say. Have just written my last email to tell them that I am now taking it further. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Same as other reviews. Placed my order. Rang several times to find out where my order was. Recorded message asking me to leave name, phone number, e mail address. Left several messages, no one rang me back. Never received my order or any any contact from them. Do not order from this company. They take your money and do not send the goods. Disgraceful.”
