“Do not use this company . Any 5* reviews are very suspect . Overall their record is dismal , and you will be at risk of losing your money. I only recovered mine by involving my bank . SHOP ELSEWHERE !”

“Over 2 weeks and not received order yet. No means to communicate with the company other than automated email replies! I would not recommend ,so annoyed at being taken in by what appeared a professional looking site”

“Items have taken over 2 weeks. They are still not here. Courier company works weekdays only and only tried to deliver once and didn't attempt to leave it with any neighbours, some of whom were in sight at the time of attempt.”

“Avoid! Finally got the item after hassling the company to get it delivered. Ordered early May finally received late June - paid for courier delivery! Poor, poor communication. Bad reviews online. Don’t use this company! Pic of disappointed dog waiting. 24” is perfect for a small 10kg cockapoo btw but just buy elsewhere or expect to send countless emails and threaten trading standards to get delivery. As I say, AVOID!”

“It’s been over 2 weeks now and they still haven’t delivered our item or provided any new ETA. Their app provided zero information on any delays and I still don’t believe that it has been despatched :(”

“My dogs love this meat, has settled one of my dogs stomach, never had a problem since being on Forthglade and my youngest one lives it and her coat is so shiny. Also very fast delivery which is Normal for Not in the dog house.”

“Very pleased with service and with products …. The only thing I would suggest is to allow delivery on a specific day as I was not in when the frozen food came and it had half thawed out on my front door step when I got home”
