“I've still not received my order and after an email I've still not received it”

“I ordered my dog food online and the company was efficient in completing the order. However, when it came to delivery the delivery firm Hermes was very inefficient. I was given a tracking reference which did not work and aI had to send an email to 'not in the doghouse' complaining about the delivery but received no reply. It was finally delivered without notification by an ordinary dressed person who I am unsure is a Hermes courier I would not recommend 'not in the doghouse' as I feel a good firm can be let down by poor delivery service which this company was”

“Product ordered on 9th June. I'm still waiting for it. I contacted 'not in the doghouse' and was promised it would be resent. So far still waiting and further emails about said item have not been responded to.”

“I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this company. I ordered 7 packets of dental sticks. Two weeks and several emails chasing later received 5 packets of a different item! They have not responded to my email regarding this. I would not use this company again.”

“I placed an order and have not yet received delivery. I have emailed twice asking when I can expect Delian’s tracking details and just get the same response - it’s been shipped. Have had to order the same products elsewhere as I’m still waiting”

“Took 6 days to arrive despite paying for express delivery. I'm guessing the first consignment got lost in the post as I had an email telling me it had been resent after I had emailed twice to report non-delivery. No offer of any refund of the excess shipping I had paid for a fast delivery. When the product finally arrived it was part-defrosted also.”

“They seemed to like the Nutriment food, but it was a bit of a novelty after being on dry food. Delivery was very slow and had to be chased up”

“Order of dog food took so long to arrive that I had to cancel it. The order then arrived out of the blue about a month after I had cancelled, in which time I had moved my dog into another more readily available food. I had to bin the Not In The Dog House order”
