“Placed an order 1st May £85 for dog food. Despite many emails and phone messages with NitDH saying that it’s on it’s way- NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. It’s a shame to have to write reviews like this when you purchase things from what seemed like a nice reputable company.”

“I ordered some dog food on 10th May 2023 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Having waited for 2-3 weeks I contacted Customer Services via email (whenever I phone there’s always an American accented message saying all call handlers are busy) and was assured that they would contact the warehouse and make sure my order was shipped and I would then receive a tracking number. So far NOTHING. It is now almost a month after I placed my order. I like to support smaller businesses but I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this business, which is so disappointing”

“Have not received my order yet and it was placed three weeks ago! I have contacted the customer service team multiple times and keep being told they will check where it is and then there is no further communication. Really disappointed, would not recommend ordering from here.”

“Ordered a dog bed on 11 May and still not delivered. Numerous chasing emails and no confirmed delivery date just excuses. Claim 5 business day delivery with Evri - a good courier. Can't get through by phone. Like others I cannot recommend using this company based on my experience.”

“They take your money and don't deliver your order. Simply they are thieves. Clearly this won't appear. I am a pensioner and have had to borrow money to feed my dogs you bastards. However I am now in touch with trading standards who tell me you will soon be closed down. Give me my money back. I ordered 49 cans of Naturo chicken.”

“Don’t order from these people. I ordered on the 12th May. Later received an email saying my order was delayed. Replied to that saying please dispatch as I needed it for a holiday. Told it was dispatched but 2 weeks later it hasn’t arrived. Checked after a few days and was told to check tracking on an app. Downloaded the app which just keeps saying tracking not available. Will be using Amazon in future, same item available with next day delivery. Now have to try and chase a refund.”

“Ordered an item nearly a month ago, still hasn't arrived. Tried calling the company, but they don't answer their telephones, all you get an American sounding recorded message about leaving a message. I'm beginning to think that I've wasted £47. Won't be using them again. Not in the dog house are "in the dog house" with me I'm afraid. I've had to go and buy food otherwise my dog would have starved to death waiting for this shabby lot.”

“Why are you asking me to write a review when I still haven’t received my item after 3 weeks of chasing and sending emails to which no one replies! I don’t believe it has even been sent I was told the 23rd that it had gone to the warehouse and nothing since! What ever you do , do not order from here. Wish I had seen the reviews before doing so. Terrible customer service and company !!”

“Order never arrived (2x Hunter waste bag holders) and customers services failed to resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory response. After such a bad experience, I won’t be shopping with Not in the doghouse again - they are now forever in the dog house. Buyer beware.”

“Been waiting 3 weeks now for 4 packets of Lily's Kitchen bedtime biscuits. They have obviously got lost and after querying this with customer services they promised to chase them up but I'm still waiting. I've had to order them from Pets at Home, they arrived the next day!!! Sorry won't be ordering from Not in the Dog House again.”
