“Ordered frozen dog food ..expected in 5-7 working days. Didn't arrive when I emailed to chase it I received an apology and told they'd get it sorted. Then heard nothing. Had to email twice more yo cancel the order as I'd run out of food for my dogs by then.”

“I placed an order on the 8th May 2023 and as of 31st May, I am still waiting for a refund. I cancelled my order after receiving emails that said there was a delay to my order and reading some poor reviews on Trustpilot. I have sent many emails now and only get assured that my refund is being processed but it does look like I will have to go through my bank to get my money back. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.”
