“Still not received my dog food after nearly a month of waiting. Telephone number is constantly engaged, order updates are non-existent and despite promises of fulfilling my order over email I am still yet to receive anything and have still been charged! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Would appreciate contact from customer services to sort my refund please!”
