“You have the cheek to ask me how my dogs enjoyed your products!? 😡 You never bl00dy sent them! Rip off. You are on watchdog. Do not buy and see the Facebook page about this company, wish I had seen it before I placed an order. Wouldn't give me a tracking number for weeks!”

“I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order and cannot get a response from Not in the Dog House and so far my experience is shockingly poor. So no food for the dogs currently and they do not seem to care !”

“Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered dog food over two weeks ago, it has still not been delivered dispute receiving a dispatched email. Due to the length of time it took for the dispatch I asked for the order to be cancelled and was promised a refund ... But I received no refund nor no product! So you have just taken £26 of my money for nothing!! Will be contacting trading standards about this.”
