“Ordered over 20 days ago still have not recieved my items. Impossible to get through via the telephone. Emailed multiple times did have a reply saying i should of received a tracking number,emailed back explaining I have not had no reply no refund and no dog food. I can only imagine what predicament I would of been in if I didn't not have the funds to purchase more food from another place. Would never ever use again. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMENT”

“Very bad service. It has been two weeks since I ordered my items and I have not received the goods. I have emailed twice and been told they will check at the warehouse and I will be sent tracking details. Not very pleased, first time customer. Will not use the company again.”

“Ordered on 2nd May and payment taken on 3rd May . Still haven’t received goods as of 30th May . I have written 8 emails and left 2 voicemails . Responses to some but not all , saying it’s been dispatched. It’s been displaced and replacement sent , but still nothing , . No dispatch email or tracking information . Have asked for refund , but nothing forthcoming . Complete nightmare and disaster . I have filed a claim with bank .”

“The order was constantly on its way but never arrived after 14 days waiting I cancelled and I think my order was still in their warehouse. Will think again before using this company unless I have plenty of time to wait. I would not have minded if I had been told there was a delay. Felt I was not treated with honesty.”

“I find it hilarious that I'm being asked to give a review from a company that still has not dispatched my order, when i have complained various times I have been told it is on it's way but no tracking info provided despite repeated requests! I dont believe this is a genuine site, even the phone number is not valid! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!”

“NITDH could not provide the products. A refund was requested, STILL NOT RECEIVED. Refund not received. Thinking of taking further action. Still no refund received. Told on its way several times. Liars. False trading, taking money not providing goods, not refunding.”

“Shocking to be fair have waited over 3 weeks for my delivery yet payment went out straight away and today I am still waiting despite several emails and having to purchase other dog food due to such a delay in delivery. Just keep being told it is on its way - 😬😬😬”

“Terrible service, kept lying to me when I asked where my parcel was, kept being told the item had been dispatched and I would receive tracking, 2 days later still no tracking and no parcel. I was then told they would send another as it must have got lost? I then asked to cancel my order but later that day was told my parcel was waiting to be collected by the courier from their warehouse. Two days later and still no tracking or parcel so I once again demanded a refund and they stated it would be 5 to 10 days before I received my refund. Never again.”
