“I sent an email nearly a week ago asking why my delivery was so different to what I ordered and still haven’t received a response. Really disappointing that I wasn't notified that my order would be so different and then still no response for days!”

“Very slow to respond to queries by email. Never answered the phone. Food more than half defrosted on arrival. Would never use again and definitely would not recommend. There is a BBC watchdog article on this company. Seek it out before you use.”

“I ordered the dog food on the 14th April, 16 days later still not arrived. They are very quick answering emails shame there delivery isn't as quick , when they say it's 5-7 days delivery don't believe it I think they mean weeks not days , thus was my first order with the company and will definitely be my last”
