We placed our order 10th March & have never received it. We have tried contacting you by phone and email several times. Recent email (20/4)stated order had been dispatched & still no delivery as of the 27/4. Very disappointed ☹️

Do not order from this company Order never sent and never sent a refund. Still waiting 4 weeks later. Telephone number is an answer machine and nobody calls back. Email is an automated system saying refund is issued. Do not use and please spread the word.

Ordered food more than two weeks ago. I was sent a an e-m a week later to say it was in the warehouse and I would be contacted by the courier when it was collected. I sent another e-m yesterday asking what was happening to my order as I have not heard anything from the courier. I have not received a reply yet.

Placed an order on the 11th April and it’s now the 27th and I still have no tracking information. The information on your site says 5-7 working days delivery and this is clearly not the case. Customer service messages are not answered straight away, I even advised I was running low on food and advised the order had been shipped and I’d receive tracking information soon which I still haven’t received. The phone number goes to an automated message saying no one is available to deal with the call. I will not be using your company again and I will not be recommending to any of my friends or family.

Didn't recieve my dog food 2 weeks after order still hadn't been dispatched. Had to go out and find alternative dog food. When you order something like this you expect fast delivery. I order it normally a week before its due to run out qhich should be plenty of time. I have cancelled the order and requested a refund. Won't be ordering from here again.

I placed an order on the 4/4/23. This still has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails to ask for help and advice and get the same automated response each time stating it has been despatched and I will receive a tracking number shortly. I have phoned . No one picks up the phone so I have left messages for them to contact me. No one has. I have now asked for a refund. It looks like other people have had the same problem. For a family business your customer service is very poor indeed. Come on , please sort it out. Not happy.

CON ARTISTS…..AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered dog food at the beginning of March, never heard anything regarding delivery for a couple of weeks so email them. Was told my order was on its way. A week later still nothing so, emailed them again and was told that they were unable to fulfill my order so asked for a refund. That was at the end of March and still no refund. Emailed again and was told it would be back in my account 7 to 10 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I have now emailed them 5 times and they are now ignoring me. Not sure what to do now…I’m a single parent and work long hours so as not have to claim benefits and they’ve stolen my money and should be ashamed in this current climate. Very angry 😡
