Dog coat ordered, received .email that there's a delay, should have read reviews, total theft and a crook, they need tracking down and prosecuting, 25.00 plus I'll never see again and my rescue dog has no coat.

Appalling. Do not use. Like many other reviews I have seen on Trust Pilot my delivery worth over £100 has never arrived with no communication from Not in The Doghouse.

I ordered some specialist dog food with the promise of delivery within 5 working days. As I was paying £4.99 for the privilege, I had no reason to think otherwise. Latest possible day of delivery rolls around and no food arrived, I'm now in a situation where I'm out of dog food and using supermarket food which has given both my dogs the runs. I get an email to say there's a "delay" and decide to order elsewhere. I then email them to ask if they have any idea of when my order will be dispatched, they send back an email immediately to state it has been and I should have a tracking number shortly. Days pass and nothing arrives, so I email them again a few days later and ask "has it actually been dispatched, as if not I’ll cancel the order (this is 10 working days after the order was placed). No reply, so I call them, but it doesn’t ever connect just an automate response saying they are busy. Then, rather than responding to my email, they send a dispatch email presumably so I can’t have the refund I requested if it hadn’t been dispatched. I then have to download an app just to be able to see the tracking info. It now says that it will be here in 5 working days. If that’s true, my order will have taken almost a month to arrive when I paid for 5 working day delivery. To top it all off, I can’t get a reply to my email let alone an apology. Obviously, I won’t be using them again and I’d caution anyone else who is considering to do so.

What a dreadful company. Ordered my dog food on the 13th April, still haven’t received it. Like the other people, I had an email stating my order has been dispatched, and I would be receiving my tracking number. That never happened. Phoning is a waste of time no one to speak to . This company needs to be shut down, to stop them from stealing peoples money

ordered dog food which has never been delivered. I requested a refund several times and despite this company informing me that a refund was being processed - 6 weeks later and I still haven't received my money back.

I ordered on 17th March and paid 27 pounds and am still waiting. 20 emails later keeps saying been despatch. I just want a refund absolutely shocking company steer clear I wish I had read reviews. Quick at taking money.

It's been 2 months and i still haven't received my order and still haven't received a refund. Avoid at all costs. They have taken my money and i have no products to show for it.

Would give no stars if I could. Awful company automated responses all the time been waiting weeks got an order that they say is dispatched but the. Don’t give tracking information. Going to go through bank to get a refund. ADVICE TO OTHERS STEER WELL CLEAR NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Where's my DOG FOOD. Numerous emails calls but no nothing at all. Don't use steer clear m. Wish I'd read reviews. Really p****d off with myself and this company.

Awful ordered dog food on the 11th March. Delivered on the 24th April. I had cancelled my order and told refund would be in my account in 5-10 days. Never appeared. Dog food which I had cancelled delivered. No longer needed it as I had to buy some elsewhere. Would never use this company again.

I haven't received the product and though it says it was shipped I expected to receive it the next day as it was frozen..... I've tried emailing, Facebook message etc and u can't physically speak to someone as I was getting the same messages back each time, meaning they were automatic messages. It took longer than expected to say it had been shipped... like a week longer!!

Over two weeks have gone by and still not received my order. This is in spite of me receiving two emails saying that it had been despatched. Have now asked for my money back. By the way they sneakily added an extra charge to my bill. It is touch and go as to whether I will get my refund as you cannot believe anything that this company says. Please do not place an order with them. They do not deserve to be in business.

Not great- I won’t be ordering from Not In the Doghouse again. I ordered and paid for some dog food three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve had to get alternate food in.

Order never turned up and I had to go elsewhere to get my dogs food as I was running out. Had money returned to me but never knew why I didn't get what I ordered in a reasonable time.

Was happy to support small family business and had high hopes but sadly disappointed. Order delayed, believe it was due to be dispatched a week ago but still not received. Cant get tracking to work so no idea what's happening or if I will get order. Placed order over 2 weeks ago, dog food, but had to buy elsewhere in the meantime as running low. Not the best.
