Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Not received. No update on my order. Vague email replies from seller regards to where my order is. Never received shipping information. Now not responding to my emails.

Ordered 2 items of dog food, paid and I informed they had been dispatched but no dispatch number was available to track the items. After a few days I emailed and phoned the company but received negative replies. I emailed cancelling the order and within 2 hours I was informed I will be refunded my initial payment. Which led me to believe this company never had the items I ordered, wasting my time and the three days I wasted at home waiting for a delivery. Extremely poor customer service.

“I have not received my purchase after they said I would receive my order within 5 working days 4 weeks later but no item received I have now given up communicating with this company as the last two emails requesting a refund were completly ignored. I have now notified my bank to claim a refund. I will be reporting to trading standards, the sheer volume of customers with similar issues is truly shocking. Awful company, worst customer experience ever 😪

Returned a dog coat over a month ago and no refund. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone or call you back and never reply to your emails

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Another unhappy customer they are ignoring. I ordered a dog coat at the beginning of December 22. This still hasn't arrived and my requests for refunds have been ignored. As I have put in my formal complaint, I hate injustice and will pursue this further to get me money back.

AVOID. bought dog treats early November- never arrived. Asked for redelivery, they agreed but never sent. I asked for refund, they agreed but never sent. I asked for a refund again and they agreed but never sent. Now ignoring emails.

Order did not arrive and all attempts to obtain a refund have failed. Communication is almost non-existent and I can only assume they are not a legitimate business.

I ordered two dogs beds 03.10.2022 and have still not received my second dog bed. It is so very disappointing! A reply to my phone messages or numerous emails would be very much appreciated!!! I have asked for a refund multiple times and had no response.

Sadly - having ordered products, somewhat belatedly but reading they would be delivered on the 28th of December or so - we are still here on 5th Jan and they're still not! Imagine the post office strike is the challenge but we've had deliveries every day and not a single one missed. I have every confidence that when my order arrives it will be perfectly fine, still it somewhat missed the point as it was to have given our children a giggle with the dogs. All children have now left.

Ordered two large bags of burns dog food on the 11/12/22. After not receiving the items, I contacted the company on several occasions and I was promised that my order had been shipped with 'one of two couriers', no tracking information could be provided for this either. As time had passed, I requested a refund to which I was told on the 30/11/22 that this had been processed and the funds should be returned withing 5-10 working days. It is now 30/12/22 and no funds have been returned or no goods delivered. This company is not trust worthy and I would not recommend ordering from them! I am still trying to get my money back!!!

Please see all previous emails. Your customer service has been appalling and you ignored my instruction to cancel the order when I feared - rightly- that it would not arrive in time for Christmas on two occasions I was assured that it had been dispatched when it hadn’t. I am returning the item to you a d expect an instant refund.

Placed my order on the 16th of Dec. Had no shipping information received. When I contacted them to ask where my parcel was. They just said it had been sent. I asked for tracking information to which I've had zero response. I don't actually believe it has been sent !

I cancelled my order as a delivery time over 3 weeks was unacceptable. I ordered a dog coat but had to go buy one elsewhere otherwise he would have been cold during the cold snap we had.

Despite several emails asking where my order is and Not in the dog house advising that it was with couriers I am still to receive it!
