“Ordered on 26/12/22 and now 17/01/23 and no order and still no order. No communication after initially lying that it had been dispatched. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Don’t buy from this company!!!”

“I still have not received the goods ordered despite the customer service rep telling me that they had despatched the goods. And this is the second request for review that I've received. And no reply to my latest email telling them that I have not had the goods or any courier infromation”

“I have still not recieved my order yet that I ordered beginning of December. I have requested a refund twice now and just been told your order is on its way. Will not be ordering again. And would like contact from the company to know when this will be arriving or once again would like a refund.”

“I'd give zero stars if I could, but I eventually received my items unlike a lot of other people. Terrible customer service. Will never purchase again. Glad to see the back of you. I don't believe my order was ever originally sent out. It was only when I got clear pay involved another magically arrived.”

“Do not order from these people. Items ordered on 5th Dec still not arrived over 6 weeks later. They never answer the phone. To deflect emails they claim to have dispatched but it never leaves the warehouse. These people are sharks. Stay away”

“I ordered dry barking heads dog food in October and I am still waiting for it. Numerous e mails and no explanation. Recency response saying it has been dispatched but if that was the case it should have been here by now. Do not use this company they do not deserve custom.”

“Placed my order on 19th December and at 16th January still not received. Received various emails saying it's been despatched etc., but nothing turned up. So difficult to get a response out of the business on what is happening - how long does it take to send an email to tell me, so I will recover my payment from my bank.”
