I’m so disappointed I ordered goods on the 1/1/23 and to date have received no goods I’m giving them the Benefit of the doubt Waiting the hear back

I placed my order on 1st January, 2023 and I am still waiting for it. I have informed Not in The Dog House about this on four occasions with no result.

Really poor customer service. Order eventually arrived 2 weeks late, I will be returning items.

I ordered on the 1st Jan, was told within 5 working days it would arrive. After 10 days I asked why I hadn't received my order let alone any tracking info, they said sorry and told me my order had been dispatched. 5 more days later still nothing, so I asked for my money back only to be ignored. Then 3 days later someone else messaged saying sorry they weren't able to fulfill my order and that they would process a refund. So basically I was lied to the first time, as nothing had been dispatched. I am still waiting for the refund. I will NEVER use this company again. Appalled.

I placed an order on 6 November. A Rukka dog coat £65.99. Order number 111849. After numerous emails stating it would be late I cancelled the order and was told I would receive a refund. I still have not received my refund. What is very very frustrating is that I have emailed several times and left messages on 01423222413 and the company has not responded at all. I don't normally write a review of this kind but I hope by making it public I will get a response and more importantly get my money back! and ASAP!

Ordered 6/1 and still not received my order, had to go to pets at home for food. They don’t reply to emails. Avoid avoid avoid. Need to contact the Bank Details Barclays A/C 90685240 Sort Code 20-82-14 for a chargeback.

I have requested in several emails the status of my order. The weeks go by and still no dog coat. I would certainly not recommend this company. I will post another review if I ever get my dogs coat. Stay away from this company,

Ordered dog food. It took weeks to come. Contacted company 2 or 3 times. They kept informing me it was going to be delivered and they would send tracking. I informed them i was running out of food. The food still did not arrive. I then had yo purchase another bag of food which arrived the next day. I contacted the company for the third time and asked them to cancel the order. Agsin i was told the parcel is on yhe way. It arrived a couple of days later. Not really good enough. I order the dog food in plenty of time so that i dont run out but this was a ridiculous amount of time. Very poor and wouldn’t use again.

I can’t rate this company any higher, as after nearly a month of paying for this item (£32.99 including P&P) it has not yet been received! I am not happy at all.

order number 115311 first ordered on the 29/12/2022 17/01/2020 13/01/23 08/01/23 07/01/2023then on the 20/01/20 . I am not able to answer any of your questions as i have not recieved my order

I'd be able to tell you if the coat had arrived!!!! I emailed you a week ago and you promised to dispatch another. Still nothing arrives , Im so under whelmed.

Until last week very poor service. Dog food ordered middle of December order not received until 19th January. Would not use again . Have now discovered dog food not grain free. Absolutely no use to my dog. So my money is wasted. What a shambles.

I placed an order for a dog bed and blanket as a Christmas present for my dog on 14th December. I received a generic note on 21st December saying "oops you order is running late". It didn't arrive in time for Xmas and I am still waiting for it on 20th January. I have sent numerous emails. At first they were answered and I was told a replacement would be sent. Nothing arrived. Now they've stopped answering my emails and nobody returns your calls. I've asked for a refund and still nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them again. They most certainly ARE in the dog house.

Put in my order on the 16th January and am still to receive it despite getting emails saying another one would be despatched, now they aren't even replying to emails and have taken my money. Very disappointed as my first shipment arrived no problem, can't get through on the phone either, who do we report this to please?

I ordered the cat food over three weeks ago and i still haven't received my purchase. Not only that but the company never respond to complaints. I have requested to have my money back and this has not happened. Do not order anything from this company. Your money is taken and your goods are NEVER delivered.
