Never received my order, was fobbed off with emails that it had been dispatched but never received any tracking information. Have asked for refund so let's wait and see if I get my money back ! This website is a con...donot order anything from it

Product ordered and supplied at good price. Only 4stars as delivery was delayed due to Easter holidays, I was informed of delivery date and received on that date

I have been sent a link via email to review my order with Not In The Dog House. I ordered at the very beginning of April and now, on the 19th, I have still not received anything. I have tried contacting customer support twice on the phone, with no one answering, and have left 2 voicemail messages, both of which have no been replied to in any way. I have received no communication apart from 'automated' emails. I very rarely write reviews, but given that I gave this company a go to order my cat food, I feel the need to ward other people from ordering from here. So disappointed in the customer support/service.

I ordered a dog coat from yourselves three weeks ago and it has not arrived. I had an email after one week saying there had been a delay but it was on its way. I emailed a few days later and received a reply saying I would received delivery details and I have heard nothing since. I have telephoned three times and there is an immediate auto response saying everyone is too busy. I have emailed again and no response. This is an appalling lack service. To add insult to injury I am being inundated with review requests asking me how my order is which I HAVEN'T received!! It is now in the hands of MasterCard to cancel the order. Absolutely appalling.

Significant delay in processing order. Poor communication and repeated chasing required to confirm the whereabouts of the order. In the end, the order was not fulfilled but only because I chased a few times to ask point blank. If the item was out of stock, I would have much rather they were upfront about it and told me this was the case and not required my chasing. The experience of buying from them was spoiled by this kind of experience, which is a real shame.

Not happy, ordered on the 29/3 , now 18th of April. No update other than it went to Warehouse on 10th of April, bizarre. Shame would have liked the products a bit sooner, to actually clean the dog and use a new collar!

I have not received the product, so can not comment on how good it is. Very disappointed and my dog is running out of his food.

I ordered food for my dog at the end of February. The order has not arrived. Consequently, I've cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund. If I hadn't ordered from another source who delivered the same type of food next day, my dog would be dead of starvation!! This is not a firm to do business with

Ordered on 1st April its now 18th April no delivery despite many emails chasing the order and being told it has been despatched. £43 order wont be bothering again.

I placed an order over a month ago, I'm still yet to receive it or to receive a response from customer service that actually answer the question I asked. I asked for a refund weeks ago, this was ignored and I subsequently received a message last week saying it was dispatched. The order is already overdue based on that despatch date and I'll be asking yet again for a refund.

Placed order on 31st Mar, its now 18th apr, still not received my order, emaiked multiple times, very slow to respond, was told various times it was shipped, then it was not shipped, I still have no idea where my order is. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this site, every time the same problem. I thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt and try order again but still the sane, I will not be ordering from them ever again. If I could give them no stars I would

I am still awaiting a reply to my e-mail asking when my order is going to arrive! Therefore I would like to be able to give you zero stars until you have sorted it out. Sorry to have to be negative but not impressed with your service.
