“Your organisation is definitely in the dog house. Not only did my order not arrive when I contacted you you agreed a refund. That never arrived but my order did several weeks late. I will not be dealing with you again.”

“Order placed on 4th of March, never arrived. After a few emails asking where it was i requested a refund as it never arrived. Got a reply on 30th of March saying I was getting a refund. No refund by 14th of April but got email confirming refund was sent. Now the 18th of April and still no refund.”

“Order 3 packets of Whimzees and never received them despite numerous requests for non delivery. They have also featured on Watchdog for non delivery of goods and no refunds. Would not recommend this company.”

“I'm guessing this company is likely to sink if it hasn't already. I'm like others on here who have ordered goods and not received despite receiving emails saying it has been dispatched. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!”

“I recently ordered a dog bed, around 4 weeks ago, still waiting for it to be delivered so unfortunately I’m not overly impressed but if bed does eventually arrive I’ll be happy to review”

“I placed my order on 30 March for 2 bags of Skinners dog food. I am still awaiting delivery 18 days later. I had to place an order with another online company and received my delivery within a couple of days. Why am I still waiting for goods ordered from you?”

“Products were not delivered. Same response email multiple times saying that the goods had shipped but no tracking information was available. Can't get through on the phone so have initiated a complaint through my bank to get my payment refunded. Would not recommend.😠”

“Food and treats ordered on 29th March and needed to cancel the food so phoned to cancel the order on 6th April, no answer. Phoned again next day, no answer so a message left on the answering phone. No contact so I emailed the company on 10th April requesting the order be cancelled. I was notified the order could not be cancelled because it had been dispatched, it is now 17th April and I have not received either a tracking notice or my order, very disappointed with this company.”

“Awful- wouldn’t score them at all if option was available. Very quick to take payment , but nothing delivered: Constant trail of automated emails saying they will get back to me within two days every time I contacted them. Nearly 3 weeks have gone by and I am currently trying to get my money refunded. Do not use this Company”

“Placed an order for 12 bags of frozen raw meat dog food. I was supposed to receive delivery in the following 3-5 days - I did not. I contacted the company after the 5th day to enquire, I was told that there was a delay but that they would chase up the order and that I'd receive shipping details "shortly" - I did not. I contacted them again on the 10th day, only to receive the same copy and pasted response. After 3 weeks, having not received my order, I emailed the company to cancel my order, refund me and confirm a timescale. I did not receive a response. 4 days later I received an email from APC shipping company to say that I should expect a next day delivery. Of course I hadn't heard anything from Notinthedoghouse but assumed that this would be my order. The following day, after 24hours of APC having my frozen order of 12 bags of raw meat dog food in their warehouse, I received delivery of it in a cardboard box with absolutely no provision in the box to keep the goods frozen/stop them from thawing. All 12 bags of frozen raw meat arrived, unfrozen, mushed together and completely inedible even for a dog.”

“I have no idea whether the dog bag fits because the items took so long to get here, my daughter had to get back to Scotland with the dog. It actually only arrived today, three weeks after I ordered it! It's a shame because you seem to be genuine doggy people trying your best but you need to address the ordering system. Maybe get some extra temporary staff in to just concentrate on the backlog of orders until you have things up to date. You are losing a lot of goodwill and orders from people who read the reviews. Good luck in the future.”
