“Ordered 4 bags of dog food 2 arrived have been chasing the other two for nearly 2 months and have had to contact the credit card provider for a refund. AVOID USING NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE !!!!!”

“I have never received my order. I have chased this 4 times and keep being told its on the way and it should have been delivered in 5 days which was nearly 2 months ago. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company. This is a completely disgusting way to do business. DO NOT USE!!”

“I am kicking myself for my reading the reviews on this company prior to placing an order. It’s been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order - chased up customer service multiple times who have said it’s been dispatched but I’ve received no tracking advice. Have requested a refund twice and no response. No one answers their phone or responds to messages. So disappointed and angry with the lack of service.”

“Cancelled the product after waiting 2 weeks after payment then after multiple emails and 4 weeks still did not get my refund and had to involve my bank to intervine to get my money back for the goods that were never sent. Not In The Dog hmmmmm More like Not On Your life will i come back back.”

“This is a joke. I cancelled my order 2 days after placing it and was told a refund had been issued at that point. This was on 22nd March and still waiting for the refund. Since then I got a dispatch email which I queried and again requested the refund and received no reply. Then today I get a message asking me to leave a review as my order had been delivered. It had not. Extremely disappointing customer experience please refund my payment immediately and take steps so this does not happen to other customers.”
