“I ordered and paid for a dogs bed on the 25th February I had an email on the 4th March saying it’s taking longer to send than usual. I’ve emailed again but no response. I’m still waiting for my order!”

“2 weeks have gone past since I placed my order and this company have yet to send out tracking information, this has been requested by me on 3 occasions. Unacceptable and disgusting. Do not shop with this company.”

“Do not buy from this site! I wish I had read the reviews before… I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Not recieved any items and when contact they advised will re-ship but ignore requests for refund and the items don't arrive. Dispute raised via my bank to try to obtain a refund! Do not order from this site!”

“🛑BEWARE 🛑 you will waste your money! Rubbish ! Worst company ever ! Brought large as pictured on website DID NOT receive large !! I have e mailed daily! Wrote a letter of complaint as they have ignored all of my e mails ! Nothing ! No correspondence at all ❌do not touch this company ❌save your money and go elsewhere!”

“Terrible company and I regret ever placing an order. NO ITEMS received. Shockingly bad customer service which exists of emails only, you CANNOT speak to anyone. I have since discovered there are many, many more people who have had exactly the same experience. Avoid this company, they take your money and don't fulfil your order nor do they make any effort to correct that.”

“Can’t believe you are requesting a review for items not received! Appalling company! Items ordered 24.02.23 paid £45 for 2 Hunter collars, emails not responded to & I have advised you Monday I will be contacting trading standards as per sale of goods act. Picture of my dog who is also not impressed as would rather I spent money on him or his cat mates. Collar has since been purchased via Amazon & is very nice & suits him.”

“I placed an order 17 days ago, I chased it 9 days ago and was told my frozen dog food order had been dispatched. I have yet to receive it and can't get any response from Not In The Dog House but email or phone. Very poor service.”
