“I cancelled the order after waiting over a week & not receiving any updates as to its despatch as I needed the food to take on holiday! I have had numerous emails back & forth about the refund & although I am constantly being told it has been confirmed & will be in my account in days - I have now been waiting 15 days & still not received. I wish I had read reviews on this company before placing my order, I liked the idea of using a smaller establishment but won't be using them again!”

“I have given one ⭐️ as unable to enter less! Ordered and money taken a full month past and NO goods and NO refund, which NITDH told me would be done "soon"!! Have been forced to contact my credit card supplier to get my money back! Astonished to be asked to review.....this company do not even know that they are in a complete mess!!!”

“Can't believe I have actually been asked to give a review. No dog food, no money back, very very poor communication, they actually tell lies. Wish I had read some reviews before spending £137.88 with this company. I have given 1 star because I can't give less. I now have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money reimbursed. Crooks don't order anything with them”

“Purchased the food which is well priced a while ago. I've had no updates on deliveries which it's says I should have, and have had to keep buying smaller bags of food as I don't know when it's being deliveres”
