Can't comment on the quality of the item as I didn't get it, despite 2 emails asking for it, and getting responses of "It's on it's way" then "It's in the warehouse". They obviously didn't have it in stock in the first place.

Been over 3 weeks since ordering, haven't received item requested cancel order and refund, haven't received refund, and received email after they ackowledged cancellation saying shipment was on it's way

I am in the dog house as nearly 2 weeks after ordering items still not delivered and now no longer responding to emails requesting an update - very disappointing and will not be shopping here again. It seems I will have to contact credit card supplier to recover money through chargeback facility.

Ordered in December no order and no refund I email they have stopped replying now absolutely disgusting I don’t know how they get away with this

Should be 0 stars. Goods (cat food ordered 10th February) never received. Trustpilot have removed loads of fake good reviews. Now all the reviews are 1 stars with complaints of good never received and no refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The food is still not here! I ordered it on the 27/02 and now you guys are sending me an opportunity to review my purchase. Sorry team but it’s not gunna get a great review if I don’t actually have it! My dogs have been without that food for about two weeks. Maybe you could chase it up eh

I ordered a product that wasn’t shipped or processed in 3 weeks. I was sent one email apologising for the delay 1 week in. 4 days after that I was sent an email saying my order was being packed and shipped. 5 days after that it was still not shipped and I requested a refund which I am still waiting on.

Item did not arrive, emailed them and got a response to say item would be resent. Its been 13 days since the order Still no item... I will phone and email as u would like a full refund..

I placed an order but ended up cancelling it because It took several weeks before it was even despatched, I got fed up with waiting for it and ordered from elsewhere for a lot quicker delivery. So therefore I never received my order, found it really poor service & will not bother again

Appalling service. Order made for dog biscuits on 2nd March, money taken same day and still order hasn’t arrived. I have had to buy 2 bags of biscuits since ordering. Have now asked for a refund

Delivery was so long with no customer service at all, it was so bad I asked for a refund which they have confirmed but I’m still waiting for the full refund and no one is answering my emails. It’s a shame but I won’t be using them again as good basic customer service is not hard
