Do Not use this company Have not received dog food after 3 weeks of waiting Wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered. Not going to stop until I get my refund

Never received order, promised refund, never received, misleading order emails sent out, had to instigate proceedings to recover payment. Would not recommend or ever use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a product over 5 weeks ago, payment taken immediately. Product has still not been despatched or received, despite the customer service advising on two occasions that it had been despatched and tracking information would follow shortly. They are now ignoring all contact attempts.

Stay away they are crooks - they took my money the day I ordered and despite contacting them several times (since I ordered on 29 January 2023 - it’s now 19 March 2023) they have fobbed me off. Said we will despatch the order again for 3 - 4 emails then we will refund for 6-7. No goods delivered and no refund received. Supposed to be a family run business - shocking!

Ordered a large bag of dog food. Have yet to receive it even though order was made over 3 weeks ago. Customer service advised over a week ago the food had been dispatched. 2 more messages to customer services have since been ignored. Food ordered was close to £60 so very disappointed.

After welcoming our new addition to our family we chose to purchase his first puppy jacket to keep him warm and dry on our first and future outings....sadly its currently 16 days and counting and still no delivery......I know this first order is not a large order but for future orders?????

Ordered end of February. Money for goods cashed by you on 1st March. It's now the end of March and despite all your promises to chase up the order (even telling me on two separate occasions a week apart, that they have been dispatched from your warehouse, we still have not received them yet!

Absolutely awful service, would definitely never ever shop with them again. They take your money and you never receive your goods they don't answer phone or reply to your email never received my order. Stay away crooks

I would not even give 1 star if I I could. Ordered and 18 days later still not received any goods. After numerous attempts to ring and email asking for a explanation I'm yet no further forward. I've asked for a refund and not received this either. In my opinion they are by far the worst company I've dealt with and its theft stealing money and producing goods as advertised.

I placed an order on the 26th February. Had to chase it up with a few emails after this. Then to my horror, I was watching the news etc on TV when this company's name came up saying how bad they were and how some people didn't get their deliveries etc. Aaaargh... Many emails later, between me chasing my order, delivery company and this company themselves I eventually got my order in two separate deliveries. Finally on the 13th March. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again. I definitely would not recommend this "company".

Order number 120675. Order was placed on 21st February and payment was taken. Today is March 17th and my order still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed customer service and had no reply. I had an automated shipping notification on 8th March and still have not received the parcel. Will not order again. I’ll give it a few more days and if the parcel still hasn’t arrived I’ll be pursuing a refund.

I ordered some puppy food from Not In The Dog House but unfortunately it never arrived, I have asked repeatedly for a refund but it has not been forthcoming despite several emails and reassurances that it will be sorted.
