Ordered on 6th March. Still not delivered. Sent email - no response. Tried phoning - no operative available to take my call.

Do not place an order with this company. Unable to fulfil order and then don't refund your money. Diabolical, dishonest service.

I ordered - and paid for - goods which were apparently available on 24th Feb. I had a message on 3rd March apologising for a delay in despatch. I had a message saying the order had gone to the warehouse and was waiting for the couriers on 8th March. I left phone messages (as no-one was answering the phone) on 16th and 17th March which have been ignored; I'm still waiting for a response. I emailed on 17th March and received a response promising action straight away. It's now 22nd March, I've emailed again but have no expectations of progress. Draw your own conclusions.

I am still waiting for my goods why do I still not know. Please help me I have asked but keep getting fobbed of saying its been dispatched but I have not ant notifations

Terrible. Order placed on 21/02/23 and still not received it (now 21/03/23). One email received shortly after purchase advising there maybe a small delay. After further emails sent to chase my order (which weren’t answered) I tried calling but all x3 calls were unanswered. I left a voicemail with my details but still no response. They have taken my money. I’m absolutely appalled about the service, or lack of service encountered. And now you have the cheek to ask me for feedback!! Ive given more than enough chances to respond, so all that’s left for me to do is publish shocking reviews and claim my money back via Visa.

Ordered dog food nearly three weeks ago and still it hasn't arrived. Money taken immediately, no customer service, no agents available to talk to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Where’s my order? You’ve taken my money £40 for Greyhound Maintenance, my dog is hungry. Please either fulfil the order, or refund my money, times are hard and cash is short. There is a delay’ is not good enough customer service or satisfaction.

Such a shame I ordered in good faith a quite substantial order but after nearly two weeks I had to cancel the order as it never arrived the website is great had everything I wanted and more but unfortunately the non delivery let them down

First time i have used the company, The order was good, one item the dogs coat had to be returned, there was no problem returning the item, just waiting on refund. Will use them again

Like many other contributors, I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering from this company I made an order on 15/2/23 - received an email a few days later saying they were struggling with stock . I wasn’t surprised at this as the reason I was ordering from them in the first place was because Amazon were unable to compete my regular monthly order due to stock issues. I have now sent several emails and receive a standard reply from ‘Amy’ who I’m beginning to think doesn’t even exist! She promises to chase up the order and provide a tracking number - nothing ever comes! I’m in the process of trying to get a refund from my credit card company
