Horrific still waiting on an order I placed on 24th February for dog toys. Left 6 voicemails - no response lodged a complaint via email - no response sent various emails to check on progression of order these are auto replied to for the most part twice Ive been told order has been dispatched but no response when I ask for tracking information. Had placed 2 orders in total the 2nd order of dog treats placed on 1st March arrived but items were missing or substituted with no explanation. Always try to support small business but been sadly disappointed here and will need to raise it as Section 75 dispute with bank for goods not received

Dog food ordered weeks and weeks ago. Eventually I asked to cancel order for a refund. No refund received either. I feel ripped off. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Never received item I ordered (dry dog food). No explanation, not even informing me, I had to chase it up. Still waiting for refund after waiting for the product on 2 separate orders. Poor service and poor communication.

The customer service of this company is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order for a 12kg bag of Edgard Cooper dry dog food on 2/2/23 and to date have neither received my order or had a refund. After many emails and numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone. I have again emailed to ask for a refund and this request for a review is their reply. They have my money, not sure what to do next.

My order didn’t arrive. After 2 weeks I chased it up and was told the order was in the warehouse waiting to be despatched. I waited a further 2 weeks then emailed for a refund. I then was told that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded into my bank. This hasn’t happened and my latest email has been ignored. Not a great way to run a business. Best avoided.

Place order 17th February. Received an email 5th March stating sorry for delay. I cancelled the order and received a reply stating refund would be received 5 - 10 working days. However this hasn't happened. I have since received an email saying order is on the way. No tracking and not received 😕

Ordered dog food mid February,didn't arrive,was told I'd get a refund,didn't arrive,eventually my bank helped out and refunded me and are investigating these crooks,check out trustpilot 1* every time.DO NOT USE FOLKS

I am disappointed that despite several attempts to find out where my order is I still have not received anything. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be trying to purchase anything else in the future.

Ordered on 27th March, still not delivered 3.5 weeks later. Email customer service and they say its been dispatched and you will receive a tracking code. No code, no delivery. Phone line goes straight to voicemail. Avoid.
